It's okayish. The idea is ok but I wish there was something cool in the game. The music wasn't that great.

(No lags here)

Overall dislike: Firstly no sounds what is painfully visible. "TRES is rouge rpg game" - which part of the game is rpg or rogue?! no leveling-up, no story choices, no items! The whole idea of the game is flawed. I go somewhere and I am constantly forced to right click to call my team. What's the point of having a the team if they are so useless?!

Bored after first level.

Sluggish but the boss fight was fun. Lack of map was meh but since game is rather small and checkpoints are located in right spots it wasn't that painful.

So-so. It was fun at first but got repetitive. Died on 13th level (by this time I was asking for something to kill me). No checkpoint would have been painful if I still had interest in playing. There was no challenge really. which is a shame because concept isn't so bad. It could have gone either way - action or puzzle. It went nowhere.

Frostspektrum responds:

I definitely think you have some very valid points. For this concept to really flourish it needs a clearer goal, as you say. Action, puzzle or a combination perhaps but it needs to be more defined. That and some nice level design could go a long way. Unfortunately I did not have time to properly explore these things. I don't mean that as an excuse, just that it would be interesting to elaborate on. Wether or not that will happen in the future I can't really say right now. But thank you for your feedback, it is much appreciated!

Good game it's very tight - mechanics (most of them) are simple to understand and works together well. Music, visuals and UX work together fine. Minor complain is that there is no way to return to main menu from game ending.

Thank you for the review!
Yes, it would be better to add the button "Start over" on the ending screen. This is a good idea :)

"Landing on enemy will kill him and lose you a heart" - the kill part doesn't work.

It was fun game but on design level at moments flawed. Enemy can spawn in the corner what makes them unkillable. In missions where the task isn't to collect gold gems are useless. Some restriction of dashing frequence could have been implemented. Nevertheless the game was fun. Really liked the "protect your pants" mission concept.

YellowB responds:

Thanks for the feedback! Landing on a enemy does kill them so maybe you found some bug because i wasn't able to reproduce it not working. The use for gold is that you get hp back every 100gold. I was planning on doing more with it but ran out of time. Thanks for playing!

You got bug during final movie - you didn't disable controls. Had problems running the game on FireFox. Chrome worked fine.

Now to the point - this is cool! Really cool. Unique artstyle and feel. Puzzles that were hard just right. Nicely executed merging/player changing with just spacebar alone. I truly enjoyed interacting with the game. There were a little things that got under my skin. At moments I felt I was struggling with controls but beside that... loved the game <3

I appreciate a try but I don't feel superexcited about the whole idea. I like the retro feel. Both music and visuals are ok. Music should get on my nerves but it doesn't - I find it strange but in a good unexpected way.

At first this game is really fun but upon playing for some time the random encounters become pure annoyance and you stop getting fun from playing. I want to explore not redo the same kill 20 baddies task - especially since I got fire upgrade it became easier and doesn't provide any challenge.

Primajin responds:

There are boss battles that are far more difficult than the random encounters.
